We begin by utilizing an automated survey, powered by the industry-leading Qualtrics platform, to conduct a deep-dive analysis of your organization’s current use of Generative AI and other AI-powered applications. The assessment covers a wide range of factors, including adoption, usage, learning, culture, support needs, process integration, readiness, and capabilities or needs.

In-Depth Analysis and Reporting

Next, the results gathered from your survey are consolidated, analyzed in depth and provided back to you in an insightful report. The report provides a clear and intuitive assessment of your organization’s proficiency and use of AI. We pay particular attention to individual productivity adoption and enablement opportunities to ensure immediate opportunities to increase productivity are identified.

Pragmatic Recommendations

Lastly, our team provides a set of concrete and actionable recommendations to better enable AI and immediately increase productivity within your organization.
