In total I’ve worked in 3 early stage Startups and 5 market leading Tech Titans in my career, selling over $100M as a Rep and generating over $2.3 billion in Revenue as a CRO. I’ve also advised over 50 technology companies and interviewed at dozens of other companies. I found they all had one thing in common, Sales Productivity issues caused by gaps in both GTM Strategy and Sales Execution. I’m a frequent speaker on this subject on Podcasts and in Professional Communities. I also authored a book years ago on this subject as well, Crisis in the Enterprise.
